had been awarded a $3.7 M contract with the Rhode Island Department
of Transportation in September 2009 to construct a 1R project in
Providence, RI. The project consists of Street Lighting, sidewalk
and roadway reconstruction, and signal work. The project is
scheduled for completion in December 2010.
