Citizens Corporate Site

DiGregorio was contracted to perform the site preparation for the Citizens bank new campus in Johnston, RI. This consisted of 3 separate office buildings totaling 400,000 sf and 1300 sf car parking garage, soil and erosion controls, tree clearing of 42 acres and stumping, strip approximately 60,000 cy of subsoil, drill and blast 80,000 cy of ledge, site cuts to fill of approximately 500,000 cy of common borrow to make the site pad ready for the building foundations, remediation of 3 acres landfill that was on site approximately 35,000 tons of landfill trash that had to be screened out and hauled off site to a local lined landfill, construction of a 3 acres infiltration pond that will collect all the drainage for the site, installation of new water and sewer lines onto the site, construction of a 1200 car parking lot, 2 wetland crossings using pre engineered bridges by Contex and construction of precast retaining walls.
